We are so deeply grateful and honored to receive support from Yvonne and Evie following their fantastic pop-up art show in Kirkwall.
As part of their Fine Art degree coursework, these two talented artists curated a beautiful exhibition, generously choosing to split the commissions from their artwork sales between the RNLI Kirkwall Lifeboat Station and Soma’s Light.
To see local artists using their creativity to support both our life-saving crew at sea and mental health support for Orkney’s youth on land is truly inspiring. Every penny raised for Soma’s Light goes directly toward raising awareness, improving mental health resources, and helping prevent suicide among young people in our island community.
A massive thank you to Yvonne, Evie, everyone who purchased art, and our friends at Kirkwall Lifeboat Station. It takes a whole community working together to keep our people safe, and we are so proud to stand alongside you all.
