Our Dungeons & Dragons-style fantasy role-play sessions at Kirkwall Library have proved to be a success! The exhilarating pirate-themed adventure provided an entertaining and immersive experience for everyone, from complete beginners taking their first steps into role-playing games to more experienced players familiar with the genre.
With plenty of imagination, teamwork and a healthy dose of swashbuckling adventure, the sessions offered everyone the chance to step into a fantastical world and become part of the story and have a good laugh. A big thank you goes to Simon, who not only led the game with enthusiasm but also provided pirate-themed maps, dice towers and even a little sack of personalised dice for each player with a healthy does of ‘argh’. 🏴☠️
